Refund & Cancellation Policy

Automatic renewal

Paid plans (Starter $49, Growth $99, Pro $199 per month, plus any applicable tax) renew automatically every month and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. The price and renewal date are shown before you pay and on your Billing page.

Free use

You can create an account and use Demo Mode at no cost and without a payment method. You are charged only when you choose a paid plan.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime online: open Billing and choose "Manage subscription", then "Cancel plan". No phone call is needed. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, email us and we'll refund that first charge in full.
• If you were charged in error, or the service was unavailable for a significant part of your billing period because of a problem on our side, we'll refund the affected amount.
• Otherwise, monthly charges are not refunded for partial months, but cancellation stops all future charges.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Other costs

There are no setup fees or overage charges. When you reach your monthly conversation limit, new conversations pause until the next period or until you upgrade. We never upgrade you automatically.
